Quarrying

Operations have taken place at our own quarries throughout Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and further afield for many decades. Over the years technology, legislation and methods have changed and Peter Bennie have always been at the forefront of those changes. The environment, health and safety and community relationships have always been given the highest priority.

Currently the minerals being won and processed are limestone, sandstone and ironstone. These materials are particularly suited to groundworks and highway construction. Materials can be supplied to SHW (Specification for Highway Work) standards ensuring quality and consistency. Materials are independently tested and certificated. Certification can be supplied on request.

In addition to the above our specialist team are able to source all our clients materials requirements through our network of suppliers and producers many of whom use us to process their minerals.
